Guangdong (Guangzhou) Tuoxin Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2004. The company covers an area of 18,000 square meters, with a self-built factory building and mold department , as well as an independent exhibition hall. Currently, it has over 300 employees. Tuoxin Plastic is a factory specializing in the production of IP product derivatives, cultural and creative products, brands, and customized corporate cartoon images. There are 6 different production processes to meet customer customization needs, including injection molding process, pvc drop molding process, silicone rubber process, vinyl process, and various material combination processes, etc. We provide one-stop services including design, modeling, sampling, production, packaging and distribution.
At present, we have 19 injection molding machines, 200 sets of automated drip molding machines, 16 assembly lines, 20 spray painting stations, and 98 pad printing machines. We can quickly produce samples and highly restore them, providing a one-stop customized production service for various IP brand blind box dolls, keychains, etc.
We has passed the factory inspection qualifications such as SMETA, ISO9001, and Disney FAMA, and its production and technical services are priority in China. The company strictly adheres to the GB/T19001-2016/ ISO9001:20151 standard quality management system, and has established strict, rigorous and standardized management processes in aspects such as product design, manufacturing, quality control and product delivery. We have over 12 IP product design /OEM/ODM partners across the country, such as: Disney, Starbucks, Marvel, KFC, Tencent, JD.com, Meituan, Minions, One Piece, KFC, Luckin Coffee... etc. We provide one-stop high-quality services including derivative products of various IP brands, game, film, cartoon and animation peripheral products, cultural and creative design, OEM customization, sampling, production, quality inspection, transportation and sales.
